It seems that there are occasional failure of items to rezz. There are actually some other issues that you don’t see. Scripts often don’t compile or they set themselves as ‘not running’ , and when you force them, they run, but when you delete them, they don’t get deleted. I submitted a bug in the Jira. Today I contacted Service Support. They came and take a look at the region, and found nothing wrong, so the technical team will come and check. Will update asap.
