If you are UNDEAD and Undead Only, you can now rent the apartments at the bottom of the catacombs. If you are not an Undead and rent one, you will be kicked out from it (or the constant screams and creepy whispers will make you run away from it). Anyway, if you do want one, click on the skull next to door. If you wish to move from the town apartment to here, IM me for the move.
