SGS HUD v 3.26 Bugfixes

Two bugfixes:
– the healthrate in your HUD screen was occasionally incorrect when you clicked on the HUD button to see your stats. That has been fixed
– when you are OOC/Unconscious you cannot be infected by a disease anymore.
Upgrade is optional.
