If you haven’t read the updated agreement, the RP stores have a limit of 6-month now. After 6 months the store/place will become available to any applicants, including the current one.
The 6-month limit is done so:
a) it allows us to do a small or major renovation to the place, without upsetting the current owner 😉
b) it allows every player to have the opportunity to rent a RP store and experience that.
