Raids v 1.0

The Safezone poles have been replaced with the Crystals in the Group HQs (Slavers, Bedu, Dark Knight, Knight, Djinn, Mermaid, Magi, Priests, Undead etc). Now if you steal the Crystal from a Group Base, they will not be able to enable safezone, until they steal another crystal (power source).
Also the Guard is connected to the Safezone. If the group loses the crystal, the guard will let everybody in and out.
