I am still tweaking the code. Anyway there was some memory limit on the number of rp bans, so I now set it to 12 rp bans that you can submit. It is grandfathered, so if you currently have more than 12, it will not remove your extra rp bans.
Your RP Ban will also not be automatically approved, but it will go under revision up to 24 hours since your request. That will prevent people from submitting rp bans just before a raid to stop attackers to hit you.
Also abusing RP Bans with unreasonable excuses and in general to cheat the system will annoy the game creators, and if you do that, we will blacklist your name from submitting any painterly.ie Dublin rp ban at all.
