When you submit a crime report, you will be asked to provide the names of the witnesses (if any) and a notecard to describe the crime event in more details.
Make sure that in your notecard, you don’t exceed more than 255 character for line, and not more than 2000 characters in total. No chat logs. Just simply a basic description of the crime.
