If you get infected from a virus, you can also go to the Dolphin Bath to do a body cleansing. The treatment costs 100G$.
But it is different from the potion. The potion prevents you from being infected for the rest of the month. The body cleansing will clean your body from the effect of the potion as well, so you might be infected again.
