I moved more code from in-world to the back-end server, which is by far way more reliable than the in-world server “hiccups”. Anyway skilled and unskilled employment is affected. Also with this version your meter won’t go in ‘rezzing mode’ after signing up for jobs. Please get the free upgrade of the SGS meter, version 0.76, from the game room at the entrance of the SIM.

If you are a MediTek/PsychoTek, you can now get a flying ambulance to move around Nomos and take patients with you :). The dispensers are at the Bedlam, Metropol and old building MediTek.

If you want to do some bot training, the  arena has just got a dispenser for that. Keep your meter NOT in training mode (the bots does not any health damage).
Also the bots have random strength and time before they die.

To avoid the abuse of a quick ransom out or knocking yourself out to recover from a loss and take revenge right away, we added 10 minutes of “Defeated/Unconscious” time after losing a fight. During this time, you will be able to walk, but not fight. However, if you are released from your opponenent you will be able to fight right away.
Free upgrades are at the entrance of the sign. Look at the Upgrade Sign on the wall.

Chainsaw and Circular Saw are ready!
They are weapon_type SWORD, and they are available at the Manslaughter store just below the game room.

We added the Metro-Mech group/division for all Robots enrolled in the Metropol. The group is closed enrollment (you cannot choose it from the HUD Setup). You still need to submit an application for the Metropol to be invited in.

Based on many feedback, the psychic skill was too strong, so we rebalanced it from 30, 45, 60 to 15, 30, 45. That should be hopefully right.

The Metropol Baton is now available at the Metropol Store.
The Metropol outfits/weapons are restricted to actual players of the Metropol.

For Various game related reason we have renamed the SSS Race to Rep-Detec.
Nothing else has changed about the group except the name and the Location of the head office, which is located in the Rep Detec office.

If you own a RP business in Nomos, and there is a poster/texture that you would like to use to promote for an event of for your business, now we scripted slideshows. Each texture will expire after one week. It must be related to Nomos. It must be full permissions, and max 512×512. Click on the slideshow and follow instructions. Thank you. Kora

If you run a tournament, let me know. I wrote a script that will help you to generate the list of matches and create the rounds etc. You may want to try it out to keep it easier for you.

This week we are releasing more weapons..
For those who asked about the big sword, an extra big sword – for big avatars only – is out now. It is called ‘Anime Fusion Sword’ and it is type LONGSWORD

The 2 katanas (weapon type:SWORD) and the motorcycle chain (weapon type: WHIP) have also been released now.
They are all available in the manslaughter store below the game room.

Now the music streams offer 9 different channel of commercial free music.
Some of these streams are shared with other tenants. Please click ‘Permissions’ on the machine to find out the names of the tenants you share the music stream with. Villas and Sheds have individual streams.

As Mining on Phobos became less and less productive, the Corporation, through its subsidiary branch MetroGen, decided to try an exploratory expedition to Mars.
And so Omikron 5, the first Martian Mine was established.
After 2 years of intensive drilling deep under the Martian surface only a few traces of Numasol were discovered.
this was not deemed by the Company to be enough reason to warrant a full scale move of all mining from Phobos to Mars.
So it was decided to abandon mining at Omikron until the Martian surface could be explored more thoroughly.
Rather than simply close down the Martian Base at Omikron 5 it was decided to “keep it warm” by converting it into an experimental Martian Colony designated Colony LV729.
The mine itself will be opened up at a later date as a tourist attraction.
On the base living is comfortable if rather cramped.
The cabins had originally been designed for miners with little thought given to luxuries.
But a New Bar, the “Mars Bar” has been opened and more recently a pool and leisure centre.

Shuttle flights to the Martian Base leave from the MetroGen Refinery.
You are advised that you will need the official MetroGen Miners Helmet and optional space suit if you wish to explore the planet surface outside the base.

Omikron 5 is an RP area with one Game business rental, The Mars Bar, and 11 Residential cabins for private rent  L$ 240 each   50 prims

The Metropol flying cars are now available at the Metropol HQ.
They are rentable at 1 G$ – preferential rental fee for the Police Corps.
They have 2 seats.

If you wish to rent a flying Taxi in Nomos, there are now 3 locations: Metropol, Roy Robots and the middle of Nomos2. Taxi rentals cost 10G$ (game money) for each rental.

The amount of the fine is now from 20 to max 500 G$. However, if you have to face trial, HIRE A LAWYER and go to trial with a lawyer. Skilled lawyers will discount your fine up to 100% (level 3 Lawyer). If you hire an unexperienced laywer (lev 1) the discount could be up to 33%, or level 2 will be up to 66% (random amount). If you plead GUILTY and you go to trial on your own, expect to pay the full fine, without any discount.
